This was a narrative review that used valid keywords for searching the related scholarly articles. The search for the related keywords on Pubmed, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar yielded 1158 articles in 2020. After screening, we found 28 articles eligible to be included in the review. The results indicated that physical activity and exercise play a role in preventing novel coronavirous infection and strengthening the immune system against COVID-19.
