This study aimed to assess the relation between the quality of worklife with job burnout in consultants of south khorasan province. Material and Methods : This is a descriptive-analytical study (regression) among schools’ consultants of south Khorasan province in school year 91-92. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17 software, using linear regressions and Spearman correlation coefficient (α=0.05). Results : Findings of this study showed that in overall, there is an inverse significant relationship between quality of worklife and job burnout in south Khorasan province consultants. Conclusion : Consultants who have a higher quality of worklife, suffer less job burnout; this shows that more attention must be paid by top managers to promote levels of quality of work life in schools’ consultants.
